I am running outlook 2010 64bit, and the outlook add in also 64bit for my CRM online client, and the first few days everything ran fine.
But then the add in's even though were enabled in the add in section in outlook, would not connect into the crm server, the ribbon bar options are all grey, and on a regular basis my outlook freezes there are no errors reported.
I tried disabling all other add ins, except for crm and still had the problem, once i remove the outlook add in the problems go away.
Do you have any suggestions?
