Error on import to environment

I get the following error when importing developments into a new environment.

The systemform is referring to a custom dashboard

the saved query is referring to a custom view

Solution "XXX" failed to import: The dependent component SavedQuery (Id=79006d95-9db9-4982-9763-d40165473391) does not exist. Failure trying to associate it with SystemForm (Id=33ccbcb7-0ea4-ed11-aad1-000d3a2e48e9) as a dependency. Missing dependency lookup type = PrimaryKeyLookup.

does anyone have a clue?
