Global search shows different results

Hi All

I am using online mscrm latest version 

Issue 1: when I search text in global search it shows me count of cases (7)....after click Case(7) it display 6 cases and count shows Cases(6)

Issue 2: We removed case title from quick find but still it's shows search results based on case title.

Please let me know if any one facing this type issue and resolution
