I have created a new Business Unit for Europe under our overall umbrella ABC. I created a team within the Europe Business Unit call Europe Team to own the records under the Business Unit Europe. This team consists of 3 users who are also part of the overall ABC. All this was done with the intention of keeping all records under Europe and owned by Europe Team private. But all my users can access these records as well as write and append to these records. What did I do wrong here? Does this have anything to do with All Owner Teams vs. All User Access Teams?
