Add a feedback button it should appear globally

Hi All,

My requirement is : A button which acts as common to users wherein that button must be visible somewhere on the screen across all places in Dynamics CRM.

Is it possible to add a button in Navigation Bar beside Global Search Option or something.

Or is there any way/idea that i can find a way to achieve this requirement.
