Importing Accounts with duplicated Primary Contact "full name" field in lookup

Hi,

I am trying to import Account and Contact files, the issue is that when I am importing accounts a few ones (like hundred) fails because of "duplicated" primary contact field. The way I am importing is a ZIP with two files, account and contact in XML format in MS Dynamics CRM 2013.

The primary contact field is a LOOKUP field,  and it fails because there is different companies (in Contacts) with the same primary contact name. Example:

Company A primary contact is: 

ElaineCarey

Company B primary contact is:

ElaineCarey

Both are named Elaine Carey but both are different person (different email, none has middle name) and associated to different companies, still, the import process sees that the lookup is duplicated and is unable to import company A or company B.

Perhaps the process should be just looking by a combination of full name and ip address or full name and company name... but makes no sense that it is failing, since it is fairly possible to have someone called Elaine Carey in N companies.

How can I solve this situation ?

Any advice will be highly appreciated, I can provide more details if necessary.
