When deleting an opportunity, all the tasks "set in regarding" to it disappeared and I cant find them at all. The tasks also had an account tied to them so I thought they would be under there...or even default back to the owners outlook, but they were gone. Are these tasks gone for good and how do I stop this from happening?

I used the "Recover your deleted CRM data and recreate them using CRM API" and it worked but my hope was to also recover the "tasks" associated with the opportunities, but the tasks did not recover
