I'm using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 on-premise. When I click on Sales or Service and go to Account, or Contact and or open any entity from a view, it opens a window inside of another window. By that I mean the top menu bar is repeated below.
I have tested on multiple browsers, on accounts with different permissions, etc. I have searched the internet for a similar issue, but have not been successful in finding anything.
I have gone as far as disable any workflows, business process, and additional code on all of these entities, but the problem remains.
Any ideas on what could be causing this would be greatly appreciated.
