Hi, I am currently receiving the following generic error when trying to attach any document to the notes section of an Opportunity:
"ERROR: An error has occurred.
Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft CRM Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support."
The error is only occurring with a few records. I am trying to enable tracing to find the issue but we are using Dynamics CRM 2013 Online and I can't find any resources on how to enable it. Any assistance on the error or how to enable tracing is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
