I have created a QUEUE to help users that don't have outlook track emails. I thought I had it all working but during testing I found that I can forward emails from my account that the QUEUE and they show up, if I forward an email from another user account they don't show up. The QUEUE receives the emails from the router, that is working, or at least appears to work when emails are being forwarded from my account--the QUEUE is owned by a Team. I have not been able to make it work with anyone else’s account.
