CRM 2013 RU1 bugs - where to report?

Well, after update of CRM 2013 to RU1 the following bugs appeared, which actually ruins everything.

1) You can not use links in dialogs anymore, why? Well, if you write a link code like "<hyperlink> etc" you will receive after saving this mess "&lthyperlink&rt". Microsoft cuts it's own code.

2) You can't use spaces anymore in workflows for filling in fields - like you want to put some fields into one e.g. {Priority} {Status} divided by comma, after saving you'll have {Priority}&nbsp{status}

I tried to report via MS Connect, but my login looped so i can't even login there, i can't contact MS Support for bugs reporting.

So please advise me, how to get MICROSOFT receive this bug report, cuz it really ruins all workflow & dialogs functionality.

BTW get back to RU0 is not an option, cuz it has even more crucial bugs with business rules.
