How to Unregister Plugins programmatically in Dynamics 365 CRM using c#

Hi Experts,

I want to unregister all plugins programmatically (Example: Plugin name start with Test.Plugins).

Do we need to delete all plugins steps (programmatically) before unregister plugin assembly? Please help me to do this.

Please share any URL for the same.
