Only for the particular user, after creating a appointment from Outlook, though it syncs to CRM but along with a duplicate.
Let's say user creates an appointment from Outlook for 8th Jan which in turn gets synced to CRM.
Along with this actual appointment, duplicate appointment will also get created for today's date and 30 mins later from the present time.
Which ever date you schedule the appointment for, the duplicate will get created for the current date.
Duplicates will occur in both Outlook and CRM D365.
Appointment ID differ for both.
Tried from both outlook and OWA
Any suggestion to fix this issue ?
