Data doesn't show in views knowing that there is a relationship between them?

I have an invoice entity that has a relationship with another entity that goes by the name of payment. The relationship is as follows:

From the invoice entity: 1:N Relationship Primary Entity Invoice Related Entity Payment, Referential relationship

                                      N:1 Relationship Primary Entity Payment Related Entity Invoice, Referential Restricted Deleted 

From the Payment entity: 1:N Relationship Primary Entity Payment Related Entity Invoice, Refernctial Restrict Delete

                                         N:1 Relationship Primary Entity Invoice Related Entity Payment, Refernctial 

The issue when I create a view or search in the advanced search the data regard the payment entity shows no data knowing there is data.
