So one by one my users began to complain of not being able to access their reports via Dynamics on devices so i did the update on my device.
It was working perfectly before - so long as you have 'Allow cross-website tracking' enabled for the Dynamics app...and i know this most recent update stops cross-website tracking so i assume its an issue there.
I have done the following but still no luck - anyone else having the same issue and have a solution please?
- Run the ios update on ipad
- Go into Settings> Safari – turn “Prevent cross-site tracking” to off
- Go into settings >privacy>tracking and ensure “Allow apps requested to track” is turned on
- Delete dynamics
- Go to Appstore and download again
- Go to settings>scroll down to dynamics> Turn on ‘Allow cross-website tracking’
- Turned ipad off and on again
