I need an help on building team in a customer CRM
My client is a grouping of companies (consortium), so all users are grouped into Business Units that represent the companies (that make up the consortium itself) Some users, however, in addition to having their role in their company, have a transversal responsibility.
In practice: when an opportunity is created, the owner of the opportunity (obviously) can see it and so its boss (who refer to the same BU) - each opporunity is linked to a custom INDUSTRY entity. This entity is assigned to a person (the industry leader) and is related to opportunity
The industry leader is a CRM user who is within one of the Business units but who must have read access to the opportunities that have the indistry assigned to him.
The customer doesn't want the sales generating the opportunity to manually add the team.
How can I do?
