Calculate Case Time by Status

Hi,

I have a problem with the calculation of times regarding the status of a case.

During processing, a case goes through several status changes. For example, there are 'In Progress', 'Researching' and 'Waiting for Customer Reaction'.

What is important to me now is the time that is actively spent by us on solving the case.
So the sum of all times of a case minus the time when the status of the case was 'Waiting for Customer Reaction'.
Of course, it can happen that a case is set to this status several times during processing.

Just to clarify my knowledge: I have not yet worked with the implementation using JavaScript but only with flows.
