I hope everybody is fine. I am currently looking for a tool which enables our salesforce to do better especially on incoming calls with automatic logging of the activities and caller recognition (opportunity) upon ringing.
With my initial research for the German market, I found the following providers
- Aircall (rather expensive 30-50 €/user/month)
- 3CX
Are there other options available? Could anybody recommend anything? Thanks!!
