API doesn't work properly

We had an web application connected via API to our CRM.
Since the beginning of the year this web app presents the error Data could not be loaded correctly,
Investigating the problem it seems to be that often the web app fails to connect to the CRM and the logs give us this error:
There was no endpoint listening at -----.api.crm.dynamics.com/.../Organization.svc that could accept the message
