App fo Outlook - tracking option set to "Email Messages in response to Dynamics 365 Email".

Hi Experts,

Out User have their personal tracking option set to "Email Messages in response to Dynamics 365 Email".

The issue is every email that is sent to him and not just response to Dynamics 365 email gets track in CRM. How do we fix this?

We only want, that emails and the responses of this emails are tracked in CRM, when an user klick set regarding.
