Hello everyone,
I'm new in Interactive Service Hub. My environment is Dynamics 365 on premise 8.2 and I'd like to use knowledge article but I'm having some problem.
When I open for the first time the Interactive service hub I'm able to view records in the view (as All Article for example) so I can open the record and modify it, but if I try to open again the view no records are shown.
Any idea please?
