Duplicate Detection jobs

Hello everyone,

We Are experiencing issues using Duplicate Detection Jobs;

Results sometimes are not correct, the way the records are showed are not user-friendly;

1) Are there WorkArounds that we can use to make Duplicate Detection activities more effective?
2) what are the best practices (excluding duplicate detection rules and duplicate detection jobs) that we can use in Duplicate Detection activities ?
