I've got a question regarding tracking e-mails in Dynamics. I already found out that if you have multiple contacts with the same e-mailaddress Dynamics tracks the e-mail to the contact who comes first in the alphabet.
Because of this, the customer doesn't want to automatically match an e-mail to a contact / organisation if they track the e-mail. I can't find a setting that can disable this function. They use Dynamics 365 with Outlook 2010 on prem.
