Am getting the error Action Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Admin.InstallPlatformSolutionsAction failed.
Unexpected character encountered while parsing value: <. Path '', line 0, position 0. when installing Dynamics CRM 365 9.0 on windows server 2016 datacentre edition and SQL 2016 SP2. Kindly assist with a solution on how to resolve this issue
