I am trying to set up a simple workflow in CRM to send a notification e-mail when a new case is created, but for some reason I cannot set a 'From' in the email template. If I choose a different entity other than case it works fine. Is there something specific about Case that is stopping this or have I missed something else?
I have done this in this deployment on a different custom entity and have created many workflows like this in the past without this issue, but not sure if I have ever put one on the cases entity before.
