How to connect / access on-premise Dynamics 365 CRM database

Hello,

I want to access the database of our on-premise Dynamics 365 CRM and I don't exactly know how to do this. What kind of tool I need to download to access it and change some values.

I want to change a specific value which allows me to use the POP/SMTP Email configuration without using SSL. The option itself is greyed out, it forces me to use SSL.

"In Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on-premises), this field is set to Yes by default, but the configuration database setting “AllowNonSSLEmail” allows you to override this and set the value to False."

This site above doesn't describe in detail, where in the database exactly and how to connect or which tool to use.
