You do not have {0} permission to access {1} records.

Our users get the above error message when they try to qualify a Lead to an Opportunity, or create a new Opportunity. They can edit existing Opportunities though. I have checked the security role and in the Opportunity entity, all fields are set to Organisation.  

This is the full error message:
