BACKGROUND
I created an unmanaged (custom) quick create form for the Phone Call activity entity. Also, in the Unified Client Interface, on a Contact record, we have an "Interactions" tab that displays activities.
(Side note: We know about the Activities timeline under the Notes tab, but we need the Interactions tab to display activity field values that cannot be display in the timeline).
PROBLEM
When clicking "+ New Activity" and then "Phone Call" (screenshot #1), how can we change which Quick Create form pops out on the right (screenshot #2)? If yes, is there, then, a way to display a specific Quick Create form based on security role of the user (similar to main forms)?
