Lead Qualify Dialog in Dynamics 365 2019 Release Wave 2

is it possible to customize the "new" Lead Qualify dialog in Dynamics 365 2019 Release Wave 2?

For example, you can register an event on the check boxes and execute custom code or in any other way?
