Power Apps- Creating Leads

Can we create leads and contacts in powerapps portals? if yes how?

Actualy we created a leads using dynamics 365 portals but in that we cannot see assigned leads or shared leads can we over come that draw back in power apps if yes how ? any links will be helpful
