My colleague and I noticed some new workflows in our CRM system that suddenly appeared and showed her as the Owner of the workflows. However, she did not create them.
Upon further digging, I noticed that there were some new solutions installed, which I'm guessing were installed automatically by Microsoft. Is this correct? Also, how does Microsoft determine who will be the Owner of these new workflows that were imported automatically? It is a bit strange to us that it is showing my colleague as the Owner of each of these new workflows.
