REST API Web Service Task

Hi everyone,

we have a project and we need to import data from a website(Contact and Account) to our online CRM and that every data what will be updated in Website it should be updated into the CRM.

we have sayed that we will do it with the help of   REST API Web Service Task.

I don't have no experience with Rest API maybe have someone some advice and tutorial about dynamics 365 CRM and REST API Web Service Task.
