Hi all,
I have a customer who uses Project Service app and have some issues. I found out that we should update PSA to 3.10.0.31 version in order to resolve these issues (https://community.dynamics.com/365/projectserviceautomation/f/dynamics-365-for-project-service-automation/363400/cannot-recall-approved-time-entry/956983#956983).
So customer updated PSA and... nothing's changed. Not even interface. For a reference UI of upgraded PSA of our customer looks like this:
And on our training environment the same version of PSA, 3.10.0.31 interface looks like this:
Before the upgrade PSA version was 3.9.x and before that PSA was in version 2.x. Did anyone has the same issue with upgrades and knows how to solve it? It would be much appreciated!
