I would appreciate it if someone can help me with the below issue
The first time I installed the sales professional app under Dynamics 365, I created a sandbox instance called AB123. A couple of days later, I deleted the instance and created a new one called BC123. After installing it, I proceeded to opened the new sandbox instance from Dynamics 365 Admin Center. All worked out fine. However, whenever I go back into Office.com portal and I click on Dynamics 365 apps, I get sent to the Dynamics 365 Home page that is still holding the sales professional app from the first instance that was deleted ( AB123) and the only way I can access the new instance is to go through the Dynamics 365 admin center.
I decided to reset the new instance again and I called CD123. Again, after installation was complete, I managed to open the new instance from Dynamics 365 Admin Center and from there proceeded to log into the new sales professional instance and everything worked out fine. But again, when I selected the Dynamics 365 from the office.com portal, it takes me back to dynamics 365 home page where the first instance of the sales professional app that was deleted (AB123) is still there. I am at a loss and need help on how to get rid of that first instance.
