We recently signed up for a trial of Dynamics 365 CRM, everything is working fine apart from the ability to send an email when clicking on a Lead or Contact records email address.
Has anyone else come across this on a Mac operating system?
When troubling shooting with Microsoft, an email pane launches fine on a computer running Windows 10, but nothing happens on the three different Mac devices we have used.
We've tried different browsers, made sure that no pop-ups are blocked. We even upgraded to the paid plan thinking that would resolve the issue (naively!).
One exception is when we use Dynamics on Mozilla, when you click the email address in a Lead or Contact record, it successfully launches Google Chrome, but nothing happens :-/
Any guidance or advice is gratefully appreciated!
