Hello,
We are on Dynamics CRM 365 version 8.2 on-premise. We are undergoing a company domain change and just installed a brand new fresh CRM server of the same version in a different domain.
We notice that in the new server the session expires very soon - probably about 20 30 minutes of inactivity. Before it was about 24 hours before expired again.
I tried changing the setting in Settings -> Administration -> System Settings -> General Tab
However we do not have this option in our current version (even though I am a system admin).
I know there's a registry setting to up the SQL timeout, but is there one to increase the session expiration time?
Thanks - tri
