1-to-many relationship for opportunity, quote and order close

When changing the owner of an account, the associated activities also change, both the owner and date of the record.

So, I went on and changed the following activities to "Configurable Cascading" -> "Cascade None":

- Email

- Phone Call

- Case Resolution

- Note

- Task

- Appointment

- Opportunity Close

- Quote Close

- Order Close

Testing this the above records maintained their owner and date. However, the Opportunity Close, Quote Close and Order Close did not.

Can someone advise what else I could do?
