Error message in V 9.1.0.3837)

Hi a user got the following error message, 

When pressing Save on the form on a lead this appears, I googled it and it seems to be due to to an update that our custom security role gets this error. How can I find updates which Microsoft does so i can keep my custom security roles up to date and not getting errors? Any idea what is needed to be updated in order to make this remove?
