Does anyone have suggestion on how to troubleshoot Virtual Entities in Dynamics 365?
Here’s my very generic error message: Entity could not be retrieved from data source. Please try again or contact your system administrator.
According to the best practices, I turned on plugin trace logs, but none are being created. Ref: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/customize/virtual-entity-odata-provider-requirements
I’ve studied all of the documentation from Microsoft, including the walkthroughs. References are below. I’m very confident that my oData web service is compliant. I built my oData Source based on a successful connection with Postman. This is how I generated the Authorization Key used on my oData source (Key has been changed to protect the data). I’ve attached screenshots of my metadata oData source and Postman.
