Organization does not browse

Good day

Please assist, I have backed up production database in Production Environment, then deleted the existing Database as well as the organization in Development Environment to restore production database in the Development Environment and create the organization as well so the production and development environments looks the same. 

The problem is the new organization does not browse and is give the following error:

"An error has occurred.

Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support."
