How to set up and use XrmToolBox?

I have my new Microsoft Dynamic 365 for Customer Engagement trial version downloaded and working well.

Now, I also downloaded XrmToolBox and trying to connect to my CRM trial version,

but it is failed to connect to it, does anybody have any experience how to connect successfully and show me how it works?

Please see my screenshot below, the real Organization url is the URL I used to register my trial version, but there is no Password field for me to create connection here, any idea here?Image may be NSFW.

I am wondering if the XrmToolBox doesn't work in trial version, can anybody confirm it?
