Problem with CRM for outlook

Hi everyone, i have the following problem... hope anybody can help me.

i have CRM 2015 and Outlook 2016. i installed Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 for Microsoft Office Outlook.

when I enter the CRM address http://server:5555, i got the following error

Error connecting to URL: {0} Exception: {1}| server/.../Organization.svc, System.InvalidOperationException: Metadata contains a reference that cannot be resolved: 'server/.../Organization.svc;sdkversion=71'. ---> System.Net.WebException: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send. ---> System.IO.IOException: The handshake failed due to an unexpected packet format.

I don't know why the outlook client is trying to connect to the https of the server... we have no https... is there any .config or registry to modify the Organization.svc website?
