We are using CRM 2011 on-premise. We upgrade from CRM 2011 to 2013,2015,2016 then 365 v9.
After upgrade, I went to Settings, Administration, System Settings and changed "enable auto save on all forms". click OK button and go this error. The changes are not saved. So I cannot save any system setting changes.
One other thing I noticed is that, the form layout changes we made to Contact entity are not there in 2016 and 365. They are in 2015. The fields are still there, we just have to add it back to the form. Have anyone encountered this?
