Our organization has CRM 2013 and recently upgraded to the Office 2016 suite. When I try to create a Word template, the CRM fields do not show up in the XML mapping pane. The fields appear greyed out in the Insert Merge Field. They appear to insert into the Word document; however, when I try to finish and merge, I get an error message that the fields are not available from the data source. Any suggestions?
