New Account CRM’s send to one “Credit Op’s” user instead of assigned to individual users on my team?

Hi, all  when the case is created a mail should be sent to queue . instead of sending to individual users how to acheive it?

i created CRM Test team under TEAMS and

i created Queue with same name crm test queue

what is the next step now i wanted to do?
