Pushing data from one Dynamics CRM Instance to another in same O365 Tenant

Hi

I have a requirement to push data from CRM instance to another dynamics CRM instance on click of a button. We need it real time so the end user knows data has been sent. We would like to do this via Plugin. Any reference or help on how to call CRUD requests to another CRM instance from plugin.
