I am having trouble getting Dynamics 365 for phones to connect to my D365 on-premise environment. After authenticating to ADFS, I am prompted with the following error: "The operation failed because you're offline. Reconnect and try again."
I followed all the documented steps in the IFD configuration, including adding the Microsoft Dynamics CRM for tablets and phones client in ADFS, granting the ADFS client ID application permission to the CRM IFD relying party identifier. I am able to access the D365 IFD from the web browser without issue.
Some additional details:
- Running ADFS 4.0 (Windows Server 2016)
- CRM IIS website certificate and claims encryption certificate are a wildcard certificate issued by the LetsEncrypt CA
- ADFS SSL certificate is the wildcard cert issued by LetsEncrypt
- Phone used to test is a Google Pixel XL (Android)
Any thoughts on what could be causing my issue?
