Settings Data export Discovery Failed

I have Data export Services installed on my tial version of Dynamics 365 online. Previously I had been attempting to create an export profile following the steps here - https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt744592.aspx#shouldknowDES.  Today when I select settings then data export service it is directed to a url

 but the create profile screen does not appear instead I get a message "Discovery Failed. See Console Logs for Details".  I have installed the serivce again but continue to get this message.

Not sure where to look to resolve the error.
