Aggregate Last Modified By Field

Hi, 

Any time a particular field gets updated, I would like a Field_Last Modified By field to get updated with the user. I would ultimately like to see all the people that have updated the field in the Field_Last Modified By field. Is this possible? I think it would look something like Jane Doe, John Doe, Jane Smith, John Smith.
