Hi Everyone
I have a CRM 2011 on premises system where I have a webservice integration with ServiceNow online to create incidents through CRM.
When a phone call/case is created, a servicenow incident record is created in the servicenow portal through the custom plugin built.
It was very working as expected before, recently the plugin stopped working (after recent SHA 256 certificate update on server).
I believe some configuration has to be changed matching the new certificate but not sure where and how.
If anyone has experience in CRM-Service Now integration could you please shed some light?
